This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is interested in pursuing a career in video production. The Video Production Intern is responsible for assisting the Jr. Video Producers on their projects. This could consist of anything from conducting interviews on film shoots, taking b-roll footage and assisting in the editing process. In this internship, you will gain knowledge of the video process that is taken from a Corporate level and gain insight on setting up for video shoots, the editing process and all the production and scheduling that goes into a video. 


  • Assist Jr. Video Producers on video shoots and in editing phase 
  • Conduct interviews for videos 
  •  Assist with capturing b-roll footage for various video projects 
  •  Responsible for safe transfer and storage of all footage 
  • Ensure equipment is charged and properly stored before and after every shoot 
  •  Operate and maintain proper level and calibration of cameras, recorders and other production equipment 
  • Work closely with creative team members to execute concepts through to completion 
  • Maintain accurate records, logs and transcribe production activities 
  • Travel for various video shoots may be required (Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois) 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 

Things We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma with a trade school digital art certificate strongly preferred 
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience creating, editing and publishing online videos 
  • Knowledge of video production workflows (I.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere)
