Overview

ES99: AN AGENCY WITHIN IMPACT.

Although officially established in 2018, ES99 was in the making for several years prior. As Impact’s rapid expansion brought more opportunities for optimizing businesses from the inside, it also uncovered a need for these businesses to improve their external presence for their customers’ branding & marketing needs. The internal design division at Impact was re-imagined to meet these needs and ES99 was born.

 

As a full-service boutique agency located in downtown Chicago, our core offerings fall into four main categories: research & strategy, branding, web design & marketing. Our client roster includes everything from B2B manufacturers to B2C CPG brands and everything in between. We’re always on the lookout for engaged, collaborative, creative people to bring into the team.

Digital Media Planner Overview:

 

As a Digital Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns for clients across a variety of industries and kinds of businesses- specifically (but not limited) Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Instagram ads. You’ll be working alongside the core client teams that are creating broader-reaching marketing campaigns in order to help select smart placement, suggest campaign timings and recommend budgets based on client needs. You will be looked to share your expertise with the team and share results regularly with clients- continually optimizing to help them be effective with their spend. 

 

As a specialist at the agency, and an important resource to the core team, you will be trusted with keeping the pulse on the ever-changing landscape of advertising on the internet and sharing your insights and knowledge with the team so that we can continually keep our clients relevant. You’ll be working with the core team who will help inform the audience and content that is being created and you’ll be a key player in monitoring and optimizing campaigns to be successful.  

 

Our team works more collaborative across disciplines than most agencies, so communication and agility are important to be successful. Our team is very entrepreneurial and each team member must be comfortable going from working independently to being engaged and contributing to a group. You must be able to fluently articulate your “why” behind recommendations and be able to make the complicated world of digital media easy for our clients to understand.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and understand market data and consumer behavior regularly in order to stay on top of trends Audit and understand the activities of our client’s competitors in order to make recommendations and monitor success
  • Develop audience personas/targets utilizing insights and monitoring to inform cadence, messaging and spend recommendations  
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns for our clients to ensure success 
  • Recommend and monitor spend for campaigns 
  • Create dashboards and regularly report on success of campaigns to the team and client 
  • Manage campaigns across multiple clients (any industry) with multiple client teams 
  • Contribute to and inspire the team you’re working with 
  • Constantly looking to improve self and others around you 

Things We Are Looking For

  • 2-5 years experience in PPC advertising platforms such as Google Ads  
  • Fluent in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager 
  • Some experience in analyzing and reporting results to clients 
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Google certification is a plus
